PRIVACY POLICY

GENERAL
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) is between anyone accessing the sites (“Site”) www.LOGICALGREENINSTITUTE.com (herein collectively referred to as "User") and LOGICAL GREEN, LLC (a/k/a "Logical Green Institute” and hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), and is intended to inform User of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and Anonymous Information submitted through the Site. This Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated in our Terms of Use Agreement, and by registering on the Site User accepts the terms of this Privacy Policy.  Provider reserves the right to revise the Policy and all linked information from time to time.  Unless otherwise provided in such revision, the revised terms will take effect when posted. Use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes by User.

This Site May Contain Links to Other Sites
Provider is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other websites to which the Site links or to which link to the Site. By clicking on a link, logo or other item on the Site User must note that they may no longer be on Provider’s Site.

Registration
When registering on the Site, Site may collect and store Personal Information specific to User.  As examples, this information includes first name, last name, User ID, password, street address, city, state, zip/postal code, country, phone number, email address, as well as other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing.  As well and at Provider’s sole discretion, Provider’s Site may automatically collect, including but not limited to, browser type and browser software version, a log file of IP addresses that access the Site, and information about User’s computer.   By Registering on the Site User is submitting Personal Information through the Site, by which User expressly consents to the processing of Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy, which may be processed by Provider as and where Provider desires, at Provider’s discretion. 

Cookies
When using the Site, Provider’s system may place "cookies", which are small data files, on User’s browser that is then stored onto User's system, and allows the Site to "remember" the User and his or her information.  Cookies may be deleted or disabled by the User. 

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Provider may use User’s personal information for internal purposes including contacting User via email about or with updates to the Site and related products and services.  Provider cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud, theft, harassment and other rights.   Provider may and User hereby authorizes Provider to disclose any information about User, including the content of online communications, including but not limited to if Provider believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on provider; (b) protect or defend the rights or property of Provider or third parties; (c) assist in an investigation; or (d) respond to an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of User or other persons.

Affiliates
Provider may share some or all of User’s Personal Information with Provider’s parent company (should it someday have one), and any subsidiaries, strategic alliances, and joint ventures (collectively, "Affiliates"), in which case Provider will require Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

Anonymous Information
Provider may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as names) that make the information personally identifiable to User, and use this Anonymous Information to analyze inquiry, request and usage patterns so that Provider may enhance the Site.   Provider reserves the right to use and disclose Anonymous Information to third parties in Provider’s discretion.

Security
Provider will use reasonable methods to keep Personal Information secure.  Please note that with current technology Provider cannot guarantee the security of your data as it travels over the Internet.  User holds harmless Provider for any release of User information.
