Go Green/Get Green: Energy Tax Incentives

A one-hour online anytime course designed for the participant to gain detailed knowledge of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and how it encourages owners, tenants and designers to design and build more energy efficient commercial buildings.
The course covers the powerful yet underutilized tax saving strategies for commercial and investment properties including new, existing and LEED Certified buildings. The program will cover the tax benefits available since January 1, 2006 and how the strategies can best be used to obtain the potential $1.80 per square foot Federal energy tax incentive.
