Julio Gonzalez

Julio Gonzalez is assisted by a team of dedicated professionals with expertise in engineering, architecture and accounting. Engineered Tax Services specializes in providing a wide spectrum of engineered accounting solutions, including cost segregation studies, energy tax credits, green building and LEED building engineering. Julio is a pioneer in the tax energy field, devoted to the conservation of resources and green building environment. Julio is committed to educating the CPA, Financial Advisor, and Real Estate Investor communities about engineered accounting services and the related tax consequences of these services. He speaks nationally on cost segregation studies, green construction and the emerging energy tax programs for organizations such as the World Energy Engineering Conference, the Florida Institute of CPA's, and the California Distance Learning Foundation, and has been published nationally in many CPA and Real Estate investment publications.

Rob Hink, LEED AP

Partner: Logical Green Institute

Founder: The Spinnaker Group, Inc.

Rob Hink is Logical Green Institute’s Education Director.  At present he is involved in more than 100 LEED projects worldwide. Rob is the immediate past president of the U.S. Green Building Council’s South Florida Chapter and serves on the nonprofit organization's Board of Directors.

Rob began his career in the United States Navy nuclear power program serving in the submarine force. His responsibilities there provided him with extensive knowledge of power generation, mechanical and electrical systems. This experience afforded him the necessary credentials to teach HVAC and Electrical theory at the University level.

In 1988, Rob joined Johnson Controls as Regional Manager for their Systems and Services Division where he and his team developed the “Results Oriented Services Program”.   Eleven years later, he became Vice President of Operations for a large, national facilities management firm.

In 2001, he founded the Spinnaker Group, Inc., with partner Virginia Snyder.  Over the course of the past decade, the Spinnaker Group, has garnered an international reputation as one of the preeminent green-building consulting firms in existence today, with hundreds of clients in the USA and worldwide.
